2. We collect some information required to maintain an account with us such us the name of your organisation and contact information including the names, phone numbers and telephone numbers of contact person.
3. We collect payment information including names of payee and payer, mobile phone number of payeer, amount paid, purpose of payment, date and time paid.
4. This payment information is sent to us automatically from our payment processing partners.
5. We also maintain cookies to allow users to sign in and use our platform for accounting, reporting and messaging services.
6. All information on our platform is transfered through a secure connection with sensitive information encrypted before being stored in our database.
7. User information held on behalf of our clients is stored until such a time as when our clients request to have the information deleted
